Child Welfare Bloemfontein & Childline Free State is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation concerned with the betterment of society and in particular children. We act in the public interest, for the promotion of social welfare and development and the care and protection of vulnerable children.
We are affiliated to CWSA and CLSA.
