From the very humble beginning in 1984 OFS Smart Repair, located in East End, Bloemfontein grew as a small family business into a multi-million rand, state-of-the-art approved auto body repairer.
Our workshop covers more than 5200 m² and is set up with fully imported, top-of-the-line technology and equipment. The perfect fusion of highly skilled staff and our ultra modern workshop allow us to give supreme quality workmanship within an excellent turn-a-round time and meeting the strict repair standards set by motor manufacturers.
OFS Smart Repair is a major structural CRA (Collision Repair Association) repairer, the highest CRA grading obtainable.
OFS Smart Repair uses an original manufacturer waterborne paint system that combines easy application, safe use and especially efficient work to produce excellent refinishing results – while meeting the latest environmental standards. Each colour is meticulously matched to each vehicle through a computerised selection and mixing system.
We pride ourselves on being the premium auto body repairer in our region and one of the most technical advanced repair centres in South Africa.

OFS Smart Repair was founded by Saai Pienaar, an entrepreneur and accountant by profession in 1984. Managing directors, Gysie Pienaar (Mechanical engineering graduate) and Jeani Meyer (Design & marketing graduate), joined the business in 2000 & 2005 respectively. The second generation family members now head up the OFS Team with a different kind of forward thinking dynamic.
Our valued and well motivated staff forms the heart of our operations. Staff development and training opportunities are constantly sourced and provided in order to ensure that our workshop and paint technicians stay in line with the latest repair trends and methods.
